About the Journal
The International Journal of Management Systems is a biannual, peer-reviewed, and refereed journal committed to advancing the field of management through high-quality academic and practical research. With two issues published each year, the journal provides a platform for scholars, researchers, and professionals to share their original work, insights, and innovative ideas across all domains of management systems.
The journal is dedicated to publishing original, high-quality research papers that contribute meaningfully to theory and practice. Submissions are expected to demonstrate scholarly rigor, clear methodology, and relevance to current trends and challenges in the field. We encourage contributions from diverse areas including but not limited to strategic management, operations, information systems, organizational behavior, decision sciences, and management innovation.
To uphold the integrity of academic publishing, all submissions undergo a strict plagiarism check, and the similarity index must not exceed 10 percent. Each manuscript is reviewed by subject matter experts through a double-blind refereeing process to ensure the publication of only the most reliable and impactful research.
